Being sustainable caterers means our menus are seasonal with many ingredients organically grown on our own organic city garden. We have always hated that food production is such a wasteful industry with leftovers going into landfill, polystyrene & plastic cutlery still being used and poor wages being paid. We have never subscribed to that nonsense.

As well as our environmental ethos, clients who book their catering with us will directly fund our outreach cooking programme at Butetown Pavilion, a community centre that serves one of Cardiff’s poorest areas of deprivation. By incrementally investing in the delivery of cooking sessions to disadvantaged groups you will receive at At quarterly intervals we will provide you with a tally of how many cooking sessions your catering jobs have directly paid for and to which groups these were delivered – youth, elderly, refugee, the homeless or similar. At the end of the year, your commitment to Doing Good Catering will be evidenced by the number of cooking sessions you directly funded, information you can confidently share with stakeholders and media platforms publically demonstrating your corporate responsibility and social capital investment to improve the lives of Cardiff’s poorer residents.
