Cooking on a budget
Learn how to use the ingredients sitting at the back of your cupboard and some kitchen basics that will help you make cheap nutritious soups, breads (flat breads, naan) stock, stews, quick meals and cakes. You'll learn what ingredients are easy to grow in pots that really lift your cooking, what basics you should have in your kitchen cupboard and the variety of meals they can be used for.
Duration: 3 hour sessions over 4 weeks [total 12 hours]

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: All ingredients and equipment is included. Benefit recipients receive a 10% reduction on the price. If you belong to a community group in Butetown you may be able to do this class for free so speak to the Centre Manager.
