This achievement was in part due to the hard work of Doing Good Catering who: purchased fresh, local goods that were delivered with minimum packaging, designed meals flexibly, incorporating unused ingredients wherever possible, donated left over food to the Olio project and offered reusable crockery and cutlery.”
